Kaiser Homes is a design/build contractor operating out of Stowe Vermont. We build custom homes and additions, remodel and renovate homes, condominiums, offices and businesses. In addition to the design and construction of new homes, we also perform historical restoration work, and work with salvaged and recalimed materials. As a U.S. Green Building Council member and Certified Green Professional we also work with the latest green and environmentally responsible materials and methods.

Builder-owner Daniel Enrique Prior, was born in Argentina where he studied interior design and architecture at the University of Buenos Aires. Working for Dicassa international from Spain and independent drafting services, started a career that now extends more then 25 years.

Daniel then moved on to Miami Florida with the RYO corporation, building custom homes, design and restoration, taking on projects like the Century Hotel and Turnberry Towers before discovering this beautiful state of Vermont in 1999.

In every project I try to redefine the meaning of detail; the way light plays a textured wall; or in the natural limestone floors and bathrooms we create with timeless old world design.
